Fundraising Drive for the 2018 Women's Africa Club Championship

The return of Vivian Adeke and Kagoya Zaina has boosted the Ultimates team as they push past the limits in preparation for AWCC 2018 in Cairo next month…

Both players have been instrumental in the past, a case in point Zaina Kagoya put up tremendous displays in VVC’ s run to eight titles in 2015 as the team conquered the entire volleyball calendar. She was also voted USPA Volleyball Player of the year in the same year.

Vivian, comes back into the team with vast amounts of experience and incredible skills in passing, serving and defending among others.

” I believe my side and balanced with the return of some experienced players and on top of the preparations that we have gone through, we will put up a formidable display this season locally and continentally” explained Head Coach – Hannington Nsubuga

The team will be locking horns with local clubs come this weekend in the Joan Cox memorial tournament in Gayaza where both the Middle Blocker (Zaina) and Wing Spiker ( Vivian) will look to impress Head Coach (Hannington) ahead of his final team selection.
